1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and of any software, mobile applications and related services (together, the "Services") developed, published or provided by ZENTRAFORM LTD.

In these Terms, "Company", "we", "us" and "our" refer to ZENTRAFORM LTD, and "you" and "User" refer to any person who accesses or uses the Services. By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. About the Company

ZENTRAFORM LTD is a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. Our principal activity is software development, including the design, development, publication and maintenance of mobile applications, web applications and other software products.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. Certain applications may specify a different minimum age in their store listing; in such case that age applies. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or create derivative works of the Services or any part of them;
• decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Services, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the Services or related systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our infrastructure;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Services without our prior written consent;
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• use the Services to infringe the rights of others or to distribute unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

5. Applications and Third-Party Platforms

Our mobile applications may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. Your download and use of such applications are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. The platform provider is not responsible for our applications and is not a party to these Terms. Any purchases made through a platform are processed by that platform under its own payment and refund policies.

6. User Accounts

Some Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@bestdevworld.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including software code, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and other content, are owned by or licensed to ZENTRAFORM LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you, except for the limited licence expressly granted above.

8. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content, suggestions or feedback to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You remain responsible for any content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including to add or remove features, fix defects or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available without interruption or free of errors.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZENTRAFORM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZENTRAFORM LTD, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time, including by uninstalling our applications and deleting your account. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
